Key issue: The international client introduced a totally new concept of trading to Vietnam via very strong selling layout on Print media. They had faced strong objection from Print media owner and consumers toward their improper way of communication. No one want to compromise, and we have to handle this conflict.
Our solution: A strong network relationship endorsement & a dedicated service had been provided to client.
- Work closely with Head of Print media to censor & convince advertisement approval for every single layout and secure best PPIB.
- Work closely with client to measure campaign effectiveness via campaign results and change layout in the most flexible time.
- Go along side with client to manage crisis with media owners.
